Prime Minister Tareq Rahman urged party MPs to remain patient and vigilant regarding the upcoming budget, anticipating potential provocations and misinformation from opposition parties and social media. He assured MPs that the budget would be satisfactory.
New Moore Container Terminal
A BNP MP called for the cancellation of the lease agreement with Dubai-based port operator DP World for the New Moore Container Terminal, arguing that local institutions are capable of managing it.
