Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu, MP, attended the event as the chief guest, while Rajshahi City Corporation Administrator Mahfuzur Rahman Riton was present as the special guest. The programme was chaired by Rajshahi University Vice-Chancellor Professor Faridul Islam. The university's pro-vice-chancellors, public representatives, deans of various faculties, provosts of residential halls, teachers, students, officers, and staff attended the event.
