Five-year-old Ibrahim Khalil has been missing for 28 days in the Pallabi area of Mirpur, Dhaka. CCTV footage shows the child entering his home but there is no footage of him leaving. His parents suspect someone inside the building may have abducted him. The police have not found any leads yet.

Ibrahim's parents, local fuchka sellers Josim and Nasrin Aktar, suspect that someone from the owner's family may have taken their son. The owner's son Omar Sharif told first alo that he saw Ibrahim enter the home but could not find him afterwards.

Ibrahim's disappearance has been turned into a legal case under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act. Pallabi Thana Sub-inspector (SI) Moha. Mizanur Rahman told first alo that there has been no significant progress in the investigation yet. The case is ongoing.

Ibrahim's father Josim has expressed frustration that the case has not gained enough attention, alleging that the police are not taking it seriously. He has also filed a complaint with RAB-4. Efforts to contact the building owner's family have been unsuccessful.
