The government has appointed Md Saidur Rahman Khan, the current Secretary of the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, as the new Secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). The decision was announced in a notification signed by Jeti Pru, Senior Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration. The notification stated that Md Saidur Rahman Khan has been transferred from the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief and will take up his new role at the ACC immediately.

Md Saidur Rahman Khan's appointment as ACC Secretary comes as part of a broader effort to strengthen the commission's capabilities in combating corruption. The ACC plays a crucial role in maintaining transparency and accountability within the government and public sectors.
