Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) has launched 'Our Chattogram', a new mobile and web application designed to bring all city services onto a single platform. City Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain officially inaugurated the app, aiming to transform Chattogram into a smart, technology-driven, and accountable city. The app allows citizens to report issues such as road conditions, water logging, garbage, and street lights directly to the City Corporation. Additionally, users can track the status of their complaints. Funded by Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and supported by Vento Tech, the app also offers services like emergency assistance, direct communication with the mayor, tax management, and trade licenses. Mayor Dr. Shahadat emphasized the importance of citizen participation in maintaining the city’s beauty and cleanliness, urging residents to download the app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

The introduction of 'Our Chattogram' is part of CCC’s broader efforts to enhance administrative efficiency and improve accountability to citizens. By centralizing services, the app aims to make it easier for residents to access essential municipal services and engage with city governance. The app’s features are expected to foster a more transparent and responsive local government, ultimately contributing to the overall development and livability of Chattogram.
