Members of the Greater Khulna Development Movement Coordination Committee formed a human chain in Khulna's Shibbari area, demanding the construction of a modern, multi-purpose Zia Hall at its previous site. The event took place at Shibbari intersection around 11 am. Speakers at a subsequent rally highlighted the historical significance of Zia Hall, named after former Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman, and criticized its demolition by the current government, alleging it was done without proper justification.
