The Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) is accepting applications for 13,599 principal and assistant principal positions across various educational institutions.

The Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has announced the recruitment of principals, assistant principals, headmasters, deputy headmasters, superintendents, and assistant superintendents for private educational institutions. Interested candidates must apply online by filling out the application form on the NTRCA website. The application period runs from February 5 to February 19, with fee submission allowed until February 20.

Candidates must select the desired position, upload a scanned signature and recent photograph, and specify the post they are applying for. After submitting the application, candidates will receive a user ID and a copy of the application with their photo and signature. The application fee of 350 taka must be paid within 24 hours of submission using any Teletalk prepaid number.

The recruitment will be based on a written exam consisting of 80 multiple-choice questions and an oral exam worth 20 marks. Candidates must secure at least 40% in both the written and oral exams to pass. The written exam will cover subjects such as Bengali, English, ICT, mental ability, general knowledge, administrative management, financial management, and department-specific topics.

The vacancies are distributed across three departments: Secondary and Higher Education (10,278 positions), Technical Education (140 positions), and Madrasa Education (3,131 positions). The selection process will be fully automated, with merit lists and institution preferences considered for final recommendations.
