The Bankers Selection Committee has announced 725 'Officer (General)' positions across seven banks and two financial institutions. Applications are open until July 2, 2026. The positions are Grade 10 with a salary scale of 16,000–38,640 Taka, including other benefits.
The banks include: Rupali Bank PLC (80), Bangladesh Development Bank PLC (16), Basic Bank (13), Bangladesh Agriculture Bank (471), Rajshahi Agriculture Development Bank (47), Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (22), Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (2), Karmasangsthan Bank (72), and Prabashi Kallyan Bank (2).
Candidates must have a postgraduate degree or a four-year bachelor's (honors) degree from a recognized university. They must have secured first division/class in at least one of the secondary school certificate/equivalent or higher level exams. Third division/class is not acceptable at any level.
Applicants must be between 21 and 32 years old as of April 1, 2026. Applications must be submitted through the Bangladesh Bank's recruitment website.
