Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, her sister Nupur, and mother Geeta have sold four residential flats in Mumbai's Andheri West for a total of ₹8.90 crore, achieving a 107% profit. The flats, located in the Raheja Classic residential project, were sold to casting director Mukesh Chhabra. The family originally purchased the flats for ₹4.31 crore.

The four flats were sold for a combined ₹8.90 crore. Two larger flats, each approximately 654 square feet with one car parking space, were sold for ₹3.23 crore each. The other two smaller flats were sold for ₹1.21 crore each.

Geeta Sanon bought two flats in 2013 for ₹1.40 crore, while Kriti and Nupur purchased the other two in 2017 for ₹2.90 crore. The total investment was ₹4.31 crore, and the total sale amounted to ₹8.90 crore, resulting in a profit of ₹4.60 crore, or approximately 107%.

The Andheri West area, known for its popularity among film and entertainment industry stars, has seen a rapid increase in property prices due to its excellent connectivity, proximity to key centers like Film City and Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), and the presence of the metro and Western Express Highway.
