Geeta Sanon bought two flats in 2013 for ₹1.40 crore, while Kriti and Nupur purchased the other two in 2017 for ₹2.90 crore. The total investment was ₹4.31 crore, and the total sale amounted to ₹8.90 crore, resulting in a profit of ₹4.60 crore, or approximately 107%.
The Andheri West area, known for its popularity among film and entertainment industry stars, has seen a rapid increase in property prices due to its excellent connectivity, proximity to key centers like Film City and Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), and the presence of the metro and Western Express Highway.
