FIFA World Cup 2026 Anthem 'Sir Sir' Garners Over 31 Million Views in Two Days

'Sir Sir,' the official anthem for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, has garnered over 31 million views within two days of its release on FIFA's official YouTube channel. The song is a collaboration between Bangladeshi-American DJ and musician Sanjoy and French singer Vegedream. Canadian singer and dancer Nora Fatehi has drawn special attention with her vibrant performance in the music video.

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Nora Fatehi said, 'The song was a special and challenging project for me. Through 'Sir Sir,' we aimed to blend various cultural influences to create something that feels both global and unique. I wanted the song to resonate with everyone, not just Asia, and it has achieved that.'

The song's choreographer, Rajit Dev, shared his experience in an interview with Indian Times, highlighting the challenges of shooting in Morocco's Casablanca and Rabat's stadium. Despite having only 15 minutes to capture a scene in the stadium, the team managed to create a high-budget look on screen.

FIFA's official website states that the 2026 World Cup's official album features 18 songs, including tracks by global music icons like The Rolling Stones, Shakira, Daddy Yankee, Burna Boy, and Rema. 'Sir Sir' is part of this official music project, showcasing a global integration of artists, cultures, and music styles.
