Mobile financial service provider Upay and NRB Bank have entered into a strategic partnership to expand access to digital financial services and enhance customer convenience across Bangladesh. The collaboration aims to make digital financial services more accessible, convenient, and secure for customers by leveraging the strengths of both organizations.

Enhanced Services for Customers

Under the partnership, Upay customers will be able to access a range of banking services, including Add Money, fund transfers between NRB Bank accounts and Upay wallets, Micro DPS, remittance disbursement, and credit card bill payments. This initiative reflects the shared commitment of both organizations to delivering secure, seamless, and customer-centric financial solutions while accelerating digital financial inclusion.

Commitment to Digital Ecosystem

The agreement was signed by Shyamol B Das, Managing Director and CEO of UCB Fintech Company Limited (Upay), and Tarek Reaz Khan, Managing Director and CEO of NRB Bank. The partnership reinforces their commitment to supporting Bangladesh's growing digital financial ecosystem and advancing a more inclusive digital economy.

This collaboration is expected to significantly enhance the digital banking experience for users, providing them with more options and flexibility in managing their finances. By combining the capabilities of Upay and NRB Bank, the partnership aims to address the evolving needs of customers in the digital age.
