He stressed the importance of a unified response during a review and coordination meeting on the post-flood situation at the Deputy Commissioner's Office in Bandarban.

Addressing senior officials from various government agencies, Mir Helal highlighted the directive from Prime Minister Tarique Rahman that all stakeholders must work together in a coordinated manner. He noted that uncoordinated efforts often compromise the quality and effectiveness of public services.

Mir Helal called for replacing short-term, small-scale initiatives with long-term, sustainable development projects. He underscored the need to prevent waste of national resources and public funds, urging officials to maintain close coordination and eliminate communication gaps among implementing agencies.
