Dhaka Police Arrest 65 in Tejgaon Division Raids Targeting Criminal Activities

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) conducted a series of raids in the Tejgaon Division, resulting in the arrest of 65 individuals involved in various criminal activities.

In a significant operation, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Tejgaon Division arrested 65 individuals suspected of involvement in various criminal activities. The arrests were made following a series of raids conducted in different crime-prone areas within the division.

Details of the Operation

According to a DMP press release, the operation was carried out on Sunday. The individuals arrested have been taken to various police stations within the division for further legal proceedings.

Distribution of Arrests

The arrested individuals were distributed across several police stations: 9 were taken to Tejgaon Police Station, 15 to Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station, 24 to Mohammadpur Police Station, 2 to Adabor Police Station, 5 to Tejgaon Industrial Area Police Station, and 10 to Hatirjheel Police Station.

Legal Proceedings

All arrested individuals have been sent to court, as per the DMP press release. The police are expected to continue their efforts to maintain law and order in the area.
