The life of Prophet Yaqub (AS) serves as an exemplary model. When faced with the deep pain of separation from his beloved son, he turned to Allah, saying, 'I only complain of my distress and my sorrows to Allah.' (Surah Yusuf, Ayah 86)

The Prophet (SAW) said, 'The servant is nearest to his Lord when he is in prostration.' (Sahih Muslim, Hadith 482) Prostration is a place where even the deepest pains of the heart can be safely presented to Allah.
When one feels that no one understands their suffering, a true believer knows that the Almighty Allah is aware of every feeling, every sigh, and every tear. As the Quran states, 'Indeed, Allah knows the secrets of the hearts.' (Surah Mulk, Ayah 13)
This belief instills hope, provides strength, and gives courage to face difficult situations with patience. While it is human nature to seek comfort from others in times of distress, a believer's greatest strength lies in their trust and reliance on their Lord.
The Quran states, 'And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him.' (Surah At-Talaq, Ayah 3) When the heart becomes heavy, one should not knock on the doors of people but on the door of Allah.
Humans may listen, but they may not be able to solve all problems. The compassionate Lord not only listens but also, in His infinite wisdom, determines the best solution. Human life is full of trials, but within these trials lies the immense opportunity to gain closeness to Allah.
