Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended an invitation to Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman to attend the 18th BRICS Summit as a special guest in New Delhi on September 12-13. State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam confirmed the invitation, stating it has been received by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and forwarded to the Prime Minister's Office.
