The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Level 2 coaching course will commence tomorrow at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The six-day course, organized by BCB Game Development, will conclude on July 20. Led by ICC Level 3 master educator Binod Kumar Das, the course includes 32 participants, among them 10 former cricketers, three of whom are ex-Bangladesh men's national team players and two former Bangladesh women's national team players.

The participants also comprise BCB coaches and candidates selected through a rigorous process. The course aims to enhance coaching skills and knowledge, ensuring a higher standard of cricket coaching across the country.

Binod Kumar Das, with his extensive experience as an ICC Level 3 master educator, will guide the participants through various modules focusing on modern coaching techniques, player development strategies, and tactical awareness.

The inclusion of former national team players in the course underscores the BCB's commitment to leveraging experienced talent to elevate coaching standards. This initiative is part of the BCB's broader strategy to professionalize coaching and improve the overall quality of cricket in Bangladesh.

As the course kicks off, participants are expected to gain valuable insights and practical skills that will help them contribute more effectively to the development of young cricketers in the country.
