Commerce Minister Khandakar Abdul Muktadir announced today that Bangladesh is on the verge of finalizing Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with South Korea and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Speaking at a press briefing, the minister highlighted the government's aggressive free trade agenda, which aims to conclude FTAs with four to five more countries by December. This strategy is part of Bangladesh's broader plan to expand export markets ahead of its graduation from Least Developed Country (LDC) status.
