All preparations have been finalized for the nine-day Ratha Jatra, a significant Hindu festival, which is set to commence in Chattogram with deep reverence and grand celebrations on July 16. This announcement was made by Hiranmoy Dhar, President of the Central Rath Yatra Celebration Committee, during a press conference held at Nandankanan Tulsidham today.

## Preparations Complete

Hiranmoy Dhar informed the media that the preparations encompass the selection of routes for the processions, confirmation of guest attendance, and the choice of various religious symbols for the rallies, all of which have been successfully completed.

## Chief Guest Announced

He also revealed that Finance and Planning Minister Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury will attend the inaugural function as the chief guest of this year's Central Rath Yatra on July 16. State guests and political figures are also expected to attend.

## Medical Camp and Puja

A medical camp organized by the Advaita-Achyuta Chitikant Forum has been operational for 15 days following the bathing of Jagannath Dev at Tulsidham. Puja will take place at the Tulsidham Madanmohan Temple on July 16.

## Historical Significance

In a written statement, Hiranmoy Dhar noted that the Tulsidham Rath Yatra has a history of three hundred years. Present at the event were Central Rath Yatra Celebration Committee General Secretary Bidhan Dhar, Finance Secretary Sujit Hazari, Rath Parikrama Coordinator Shyamdash Dhar, Tapan Dhar (T.K), Prabir Das, Adv. Sujan Kanti Dey, along with other committee leaders, officials, and devotees.
