The meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister, reviewed the progress of the Family Card programme and discussed the roadmap for its gradual expansion. At the meeting, Prime Minister Rahman highlighted the importance of developing an accurate and credible database to ensure that the benefits of the Family Card reach genuine beneficiaries in a transparent and effective manner. He instructed authorities to maintain the highest level of transparency and accountability at every stage of data collection, verification, and beneficiary selection.
