A pedestrian was killed in Moghbazar's Wireless Gate area after being hit by a motorcycle and then run over by a bus. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon. The pedestrian was first knocked down by a motorcycle and then crushed by a bus from Ajmeri Glory Transport.

Police have arrested the motorcycle driver, Jahid. The identity of the deceased pedestrian is yet to be determined.

Mohammad Al Amin, Sub-Inspector (SI) of Hatirjheel Police Station, told Prothom Alo that the body of the deceased has been kept at Sirajul Islam Medical College Hospital.
