Speaking to local residents after visiting the flood-hit Bharakhali area in Kuhalong Union of Bandarban Sadar Upazila, the minister said many houses had been destroyed and the government wants to reconstruct them. He also said farmers whose seed stocks had been damaged would receive seeds and seedlings as assistance. The minister added that the government would work to repair roads, educational institutions and other infrastructure damaged by the floods with priority basis. During the visit, Dulu distributed relief materials among flood-affected families in the Bharakhali area of Kuhalong Union under Bandarban Sadar Upazila.
