The syndicate operated through various online betting and gambling platforms, accepting deposits through multiple methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency. They recruited agents across the country to collect mobile financial service numbers and bank accounts, which were then used for transactions.
