Another child has died from measles complications in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 643 since March 15. During the same period, 1,153 new cases of measles and measles complications were identified, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

The DGHS reported that 551 children have died from measles complications, while 92 deaths were due to confirmed measles. A total of 84,266 cases of measles complications have been reported since March 15. Confirmed measles cases stand at 10,185.

In the last 24 hours, 1,027 new cases of measles complications and 126 confirmed measles cases were reported. Since March 15, 68,934 individuals have been hospitalized for measles complications, with 65,275 having been discharged after recovery.
